Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made through this platform for shoot day experiences ("Shoot Days"). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The platform acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party providers ("Shoot Operators").

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.

A booking confirmation will be issued once your reservation is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion prior to confirmation.

We act as an intermediary only and do not operate, control, or manage the shoot days themselves.

Accordingly, we are not responsible for:

The performance, conduct, or delivery of any Shoot Operator

The quality, outcome, or success of any shoot day

Whether any participant successfully "hits the bag", game, or target on the day

Decisions made by the Shoot Operator during the event

All Shoot Days are provided by independent third-party operators, who are solely responsible for delivery.

Shoot Days are outdoor activities and are therefore subject to weather and ground conditions.

We are not responsible for cancellations, changes, or reduced quality of experience due to weather, terrain, visibility, or other environmental factors. Any decisions regarding safety, continuation, or modification of a Shoot Day rest solely with the Shoot Operator.

Cancellations by customers must be made in writing.

Refunds, if any, are issued strictly at our discretion and will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the reason provided.

A management and administration fee of up to 100% of the booking value may be applied, particularly for late cancellations or where costs have already been incurred.

Factors affecting refund eligibility may include (but are not limited to):

Notice period prior to the Shoot Day

Whether the booking can be resold or reallocated

Costs already committed to the Shoot Operator

No guarantee of refund is made under any circumstances.

We strongly advise all customers to take out appropriate cancellation and travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, travel disruption, or adverse weather.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in a Shoot Day

All participation is undertaken at the customer’s own risk

The Shoot Operator is solely responsible for health and safety on the day

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We and/or the Shoot Operator reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel a Shoot Day due to circumstances including (but not limited to) safety concerns, weather, or operational requirements.

Where possible, alternative dates may be offered, but this is not guaranteed.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

Participants acknowledge that shooting activities involve inherent risks. By booking, you confirm that all participants are fit, capable, and suitably informed of the nature of the activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
